Compare Machines
Pick up to four machines from our database. You get their manufacturer specs side by side, with the differences highlighted, units converted to match, and the best value marked wherever a higher or lower number is clearly better.
How this works
Enter your own numbers or keep our defaults. Results update as you type and are calculated on your device; nothing is sent to us. Each default value shows where it came from.
Assumptions you can change
Defaults are examples, not promises. Your material costs, prices, time and local taxes will differ — change any input to match your shop. This is not financial advice.
Pick two to four machines to see their specs side by side. Differences are highlighted and the best rated value gets marked wherever higher-or-lower is clearly better.

How the comparison works
- Specs come from manufacturers. Every value is what the brand publishes, with the source linked at the bottom of the table. We have not lab-tested these machines yet. Measured results will be added next to the rated ones.
- “Best” only where it’s clear. A value is marked best only when our spec dictionary says higher (e.g. rated laser power) or lower (e.g. weight, list price) is better. Descriptive specs such as software or press style never get a winner.
- Units are converted to match. If one brand lists weight in pounds and another in kilograms, the row shows both in metric and is labelled “converted”. Rows with one unit keep the manufacturer’s unit.
- A dash (—) means not published. We don’t fill gaps with guesses.
- Share a comparison. The machines you pick are saved in the page address, so you can copy the link and send it.
